A Loan Signing Agent came to my home 5 years ago to complete a mortgage loan refinance. It was the first time that I experienced being at ease in the comfort of my own home while making a monumental transaction. I realized that this was the new path in conducting business. Meeting the client on their turf and providing as much comfort as possible during an anxious time.
